Abstract

The teaching performance of the military requires a special look, since along with military sciences other branches of knowledge related to pedagogical work are developed. Although the teachers of these institutions manage to transmit their knowledge and life experience, there are still insufficiencies that limit the execution of professional functions. Therefore, this article aims to demonstrate the importance of scientific research on teaching performance as a pedagogical process, for the evaluation of professionals in the Military Academy of the Air Force of the Republic of Angola based on the relevance of the pedagogical strategy that is proposed, based on a professional approach. In it, the actions for improvement, training and methodological work are articulated on the basis of the proposal of a framework of good teaching performance as a permanent exercise of reflection, self-diagnosis and self-evaluation of the pedagogical practice in the academy. The introduction of partial in practice reveals a significant contrast with the reality that gave rise to the study, an aspect that augurs superior results in the pre-experiment planned as its closure.
