La familia es la célula fundamental de la sociedad, por lo cual está llamada a desempeñar un papel específico importante en la educación de sus miembros. Los resultados de las indagaciones empíricas realizadas por el autor de esta investigación, revelaron limitaciones en el desarrollo de actividades encaminadas a eliminar las manifestaciones de violencia existentes en los estudiantes de Enfermería de su ámbito de trabajo. De ahí que el objetivo de este trabajo, sea proponer talleres como Alternativa didáctica para la atención a los estudiantes de Enfermería de la facultad de Ciencias Médicas “Enrique Cabrera” que presentan manifestaciones de violencia. Como solución a esta problemática se desarrolló un estudio sustentado en el método dialéctico materialista, por su capacidad de integrar lo cualitativo y lo cuantitativo y de determinar el sistema de métodos, se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos, dentro de los primeros, el histórico-lógico, sistémico-estructural y la revisión documental y en el segundo grupo: encuestas, entrevistas y la observación, además se conformaron talleres con actividades didácticas cuya aplicación hizo posible el tratamiento de la violencia y trajo como consecuencia más interés de los alumnos por la escuela y un cambio en el comportamiento de los mismos. Los resultados demostraron que es posible mejorar las relaciones interpersonales entre los estudiantes dentro del contexto educativo mediante un crecimiento colectivo establecido entre la institución y la familia, en la búsqueda de una sociedad más justa, fraterna y humana.
Abstract:
The family is the fundamental cell of society, which is why it is called to play a specific important role in the education of its members. The results of the empirical inquiries made by the author of this research, revealed limitations in the development of activities aimed at eliminating the manifestations of violence existing in nursing students from their field of work. Hence, the objective of this work is to propose workshops with educational activities for the care of nursing students of the "Enrique Cabrera" School of Medical Sciences that present manifestations of violence. As a solution to this problem, a study based on the materialistic dialectical method was developed, due to its ability to integrate the qualitative and quantitative and to determine the system of methods, theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used, within the former, the historical -logical, systemic-structural and documentary review and in the second group: surveys, interviews and observation, workshops were also formed with educational activities whose application made possible the treatment of violence and brought as a consequence more interest of students for the school and a change in their behavior. The results showed that it is possible to improve interpersonal relationships between students within the educational context through a collective growth established between the institution and the family, in the search for a more just, fraternal and human society
