Abstract

En la historia de la educación cubana desde 1961 hasta la actualidad, muchos han sido los investigadores que se han desempeñado como tutores de doctorandos, con su obra a nivel nacional e internacional, contribuyendo al mejoramiento profesional y humano de los educadores que optan por el grado científico de Doctor en Ciencias Pedagógicas y Ciencias de la Educación. Tal es el caso del docente e investigador Dr. C. Norberto Valcárcel Izquierdo que se destaca en este empeño con una labor educativa y social que lo hace distinguirse como un tutor de excelencia. El objetivo general que persigue este trabajo es, revelar a través del análisis histórico–lógico de la obra educativa y el legado pedagógico que caracteriza al Dr. C. Norberto Valcárcel Izquierdo como un tutor de excelencia en el campo de la formación doctoral y la actividad de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación. La sistematización de experiencias vivenciales de los autores como coordinador de grupos en la formación doctoral, las indagaciones empíricas realizadas, los referentes teóricos consultados y los resultados de los proyectos de investigación, han permitido reflexionar sobre el tema que se presenta.

Abstract:

 In the history of Cuban education from 1961 to the present, many have been the researchers who have served as tutors of doctoral students, with their work at the national and international  level they contribute to the profesional and human improvement of educators who opt for Doctor in Pedagogical Sciences and Education Sciences. Such is the case of the teacher and researcher Dr. C. Norberto Valcárcel Izquierdo, who stands out in this endeavor with an educational and social work that makes him stand out as a tutor of excellence. The objective pursued by this work is to reveal through the historical analysis of the educational work and the pedagogical legacy that characterizes the Dr. C. Norberto Valcárcel Izquierdo, as a tutor of excellence in doctoral training and the activity of Science, Technology and Innovation. The systematization of the author’s experiences as coordinator of groups in doctoral training, the empirical inquiries carried out, the theoretical references consulted and the results of research projects have allowed us to reflectors n the topic presents.
