El mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los tecnólogos en Imagenología en los procederes tecnológicos de mamografía, facilita la detección precoz y diagnóstico presuntivo del cáncer de mama, segunda causa de muerte del sexo femenino en Cuba, por lo que las autoras asumen el compromiso de diseñar una estrategia de superación en mamografía para el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los tecnólogos en Imagenología. Mediante métodos científicos del nivel teórico y del nivel empírico, los cuales se aplicaron a la muestra, formado por los 47 tecnólogos en Imagenología que realizan la mamografía en los servicios de Imagenología de La Habana, La propuesta fue evaluada por los especialistas, como novedosa y pertinente para dar solución a la problemática planteada, ya que permite el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los tecnólogos en esta técnica.
Abstract:
The improvement of the professional performance of imaginology technicians in technological procedures for a mammography facilitates the early detection and diagnoses of breast cancer, second cause of death of females in Cuba. That is why an upgrading strategy on mammography for the improvement of professional performance of imaginology technicians was designed. Theoretical and empirical methods were applied to a sample of 47 imaginology technicians in Havana. The strategy was evaluated as original and relevant to solve the problems.
