Los requerimientos de la sociedad actual demanda de un profesional con las competencias necesarias para solucionar los problemas que se le presenten en su práctica laboral. Se precisa de una enseñanza que permita el desarrollo de una mayor independencia y de capacidades creadoras en los estudiantes. Es por ello que es necesario referirse a una enseñanza o didáctica desarrolladora, cuyos principios servirán de basamento para fundamentar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del inglés con fines generales para los estudiantes de la Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Pinar del Río que proponemos en el siguiente trabajo. Es objetivo del mismo socializar dicha propuesta, de modo que sirva de guía para el trabajo unificado de los colectivos de las diferentes asignaturas que se imparten en el ciclo Inglés con fines generales. Abstract:
The requirements of today´s society demands of a proffesional with the sufficient competences to give solution to the problems that may came up during their work practice. A teaching which allows a higher development, a greater independence and creative skills in the students is needed.So, it is imperative to refer to a developing teaching. Its principles will be the foundation to support the teaching learning process of English with general purposes for the students from Medical Sciences University of Pinar del Río that we are proposing in this paper.Its objective is to socialize this proposal as a guide to achieve the coordinated work of all the teachers´ staffs that teach English with general purposes.
