Los cambios que se han producido en la sociedad cubana en la última década como parte de la 3ra Revolución Educacional han impulsado numerosos programas, particularmente dirigidos a perfeccionar la labor pedagógica y así alcanzar la calidad del servicio educacional. Se necesita en las instituciones escolares que exista una unidad indisoluble entre el proceso instructivo y el educativo, en este último radica el principio que sustenta la labor educativa, propiciando la participación activa y consciente de los docentes en las diversas actividades del centro escolar sustentado en el funcionamiento de un proyecto educativo institucional. Se propone en este trabajo un Proyecto Educativo-Institucional dirigido a la transformación del Centro “Eterno Baraguá. El Proyecto educativo institucional modela cómo debe ser la institución educativa. Establece lo que se desea lograr y el camino para llevarlo a cabo. El Proyecto Educativo-Institucional del centro Eterno Baraguá, constituye instrumento para la acción y la transformación, que sobre la actividad científico-investigativa, orienta, desarrolla y evalúa todos los objetivos del centro, por lo tanto, deviene en un contrato que integra a todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa en una finalidad común.
Abstract:
The changes that have brought about in the Cuban society in the last decade as part of the 3th Educational Revolution have driven numerous programs, particularly guided to perfect the pedagogical work, thus reach the quality of the educational service. The existence of an indissoluble unit between the instructive and educative process is need at the educational institutions, propitiating the conscious and active participation of teaching staff in the different activities of the school center supported on the functioning of an institutional educative Project. An Educational-Institutional Project aimed at transforming the "Eterno Baraguá" Center is proposed in this paper. The institutional-Educative Project shapes the educational institution as it must be. It states what is wished to achieve and the way to carry out. The institutional-Educative Project from Eterno Baraguá school center, constitutes a tool for both action and transformation that directs, develops and evaluates an the objectives of school center based on the scientific and investigative activity, therefore, it becomes that involves all the members of the educative community purpose.
