El artículo que se presenta, pretende realizar un análisis acerca de las consideraciones relacionadas con la formación del instructor de arte como un educador social en la sociedad cubana actual, que se caracteriza, entre otras cosas, por su capacidad para interactuar con personas de diferente procedencia social y hacerse entender por ellas, que a partir de su desempeño tanto en el contexto de la escuela, considerada principal centro cultural de la comunidad y en la casa de la cultura desde sus funciones pedagógicas artísticas, logra una transformación cultural en su contexto de actuación, fortalece los valores sociales, las necesidades espirituales y fomenta la defensa de la identidad nacional desde la educación y la cultura.
Abstract:
The article that is presented, intends to carry out an analysis about the considerations related to the formation of the art instructor as a social educator, in the current Cuban society, which is characterized, among other things, by its ability to interact with people of different social origin and be understood by them, that from its performance both in the context of the school, considered the main cultural center of the community and in the house of culture from its artistic pedagogical functions, achieves a cultural transformation in its context of performance, strengthens social values, spiritual needs and promotes the defense of national identity from education and culture.
