The deficiencies in the eighth-grade students of the Olof Palme Basic Secondary School in La Lisa, in the use of phraseologisms in colloquial texts and the insufficient treatment of these contents in basic secondary education, arises this investigative work entitled: The use of Phraseologisms in the colloquial text by eighth grade students of the Olof Palme Basic High School in La Lisa. The author poses the following scientific problem: How to contribute to the use of phraseologisms in colloquial texts by eighth grade students of the Olof Palme Basic High School in La Lisa? And its research objective is to: Propose activities, through the study of Fernando Ortiz's Nuevo Catauro de Cubanismos and other complementary materials, that contribute to the use of phraseologisms in colloquial texts by eighth grade students of the Olof Palme Basic High School from La Lisa. The research carried out was based on the dialectical-materialist theory as a general method of science and theoretical, empirical, mathematical and statistical methods were used.
