Resumen

La investigación surgió a partir del estudio del colectivo de enfermeros docentes y asistenciales en el servicio de artroplastia de cadera del Complejo Científico Ortopédico Internacional “Frank País”, asociado a los resultados que se aspiran en el desempeño  profesional del enfermero. Detectando la necesidad de potenciar el desempeño científico profesional para dar solución a los problemas en el proceso de atención de enfermería  por la vía de la Ciencia. El tratamiento al problema partió del análisis de los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan las Teorías de la Enfermería; El mejoramiento del desempeño profesional desde la Teoría de la Educación Avanzada y la gestión científica en el proceso de profesionalización. A tales efectos, se hizo la propuesta de un curso corto de Superación dirigido al mejoramiento del desempeño científico profesional en este contexto, desde el método de modelación científica con la implementación de acciones que favorezcan el desempeño científico del enfermero , cuyos fundamentos integran elementos filosóficos, sociológicos, psicológicos, clínicos y jurídicos. Este curso de superación posibilita aprovechar los recursos humanos, técnicos y metodológicos desde los escenarios laborales en función de un mejor servicio y el cumplimiento de la misión institucional.

Abstract:

The investigation arose starting from the study of the community of male nurses docents and assistance in the service of artroplastia of hip of the International Orthopedic Scientific Complex Frank Country", associated to the results that they are aspired in the male nurse professional acting. Detecting the potenciar necessity the acting scientific professional to give solution to the problems in the process of infirmary attention for the road of the Science. The treatment to the problem left of the analysis of the theoretical foundations that sustain the Theories of the Infirmary; The improvement of the professional acting from the Theory of the Advanced Education and the scientific administration in the profesionalización process. To such effects, the proposal of a short course of Superación was made directed to the improvement of the professional scientific acting in this context, from the method of scientific modelación with the implementation of actions that they favor the male nurse scientific acting whose foundations integrate philosophical, sociological, psychological, clinical and juridical elements. This superación course facilitates to take advantage of the human resources, technicians and methodological from the labor scenarios in function of a better service and the execution of the institutional mission.
