Pedagogical professional improvement system for human resources through technologies

Globalization, the development of information and communications technologies and other sociodemographic factors have modified the way different agencies are managed, including companies, which requires professional improvement of human resources in order to do the same. an efficient and competent entity in the market. In this sense, the objective of this article is to propose a system of pedagogical professional improvement for the improvement of professional performance of the managers and commercial specialists of the Correos de Cuba Business Group through the use of technologies. Based on an initial diagnosis and consultation with experts, the needs to improve human resources were determined to optimize processes through the use of technologies. Quantitative methodology was used with the use of theoretical and empirical techniques and methods. This served as the basis for the design of the proposal for the pedagogical professional development system for human resources. The main results were: a pedagogical professional improvement system composed of a set of actions and activities to improve professional performance, which allows them to make effective decisions, improve and increase productivity and obtain competitive advantages to remain in the market. The research on the proposal of a pedagogical professional improvement system for human resources through technologies was conceived in a creative, motivating and innovative way to provide maximum benefit, which is of utmost importance to guarantee sustainable success, and the strategic projection of the company.
