The Ministry of Education, it has considered the ACE like essential aspect in the Third improvement of the educational system, in correspondence with the process of bring up to date of the Cuban economic Pattern that recognizes the administration of the knowledge like a decisive element to elevate the efficiency in the educational services that are lent in the different counties, the Reorganization of the System of Science, Technology and Cuban Innovation and the execution of the Objectives of Sustainable Development (ODS). The Address has been systematized a strategy of administration of the Activity of Science and Innovation that it begins with the identification, by the scientific road, of the problems that affect the educational development in each level, the priority with which should be assisted, as well as the identification of the scientific potential and the insurance of the organizational conditions and materials that facilitate its development.
